Return guarantee

You have the right to cancel the goods within 14 days without giving reasons. We only take back our goods if they are unopened and in the original packaging. You can find all information about returns here.

If the goods are damaged, send us an email to info@by-mava.com with the subject line: Damaged and order number. Please note that eyelash variations occur and they may vary as they are 100% handmade. We have to check any damage resulting from shipping. Please also contact us by email.

Since we only work with hygiene products, the products cannot be exchanged once they have been opened. If the protective film is damaged/removed or opened, it cannot be returned.

We will not refund returns if:

  • the protective film has been removed

  • Products have been used/opened or tested

  • visible signs of wear can be seen

  • Eyelashes have already been worn

    Consequences of revocation
    If you revoke this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of additional costs, such as delivery costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract has come to us. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
