You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and have ordered them uniformly is or will be delivered at which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately

Prerequisite for a return/return

1. What is reimbursed?

We only compensate the purchase price for returns! Shipping and return costs cannot be compensated. Please print out our returns form If you don't have a printer, add a note.

2. Are the goods in their original packaging?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept items that are in their original packaging and unused. Opened or used products will be returned to you immediately.

4. When can I expect payment?

After we receive your return, we will check whether everything is OK. If this is the case, we will refund you the purchase price within 7 working days.

We will not refund returns if:

  • the protective film has been removed
  • Products have been used/opened/replaced or tested
  • visible signs of wear on the products were caused
  • the packaging was damaged
  • Note: Products that have been reduced by up to 50% or more can no longer be returned.

Note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but rather by you directly to them to be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You can find out details from the relevant authorities.
